Welcome to WellFind.org ("WellFind," "we," "us," or "our"). WellFind is an online directory and discovery platform that helps people find and learn about coaches, practitioners, instructors, teachers, healers, and other professional service providers ("Professional Member").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WellFind.org and all related websites, services, features, content, and functionality provided by WellFind (collectively, the "Services," also referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

If you create an account, create a Professional Member profile, submit a review, purchase a membership, or otherwise use the Services, you expressly agree to these Terms.

1. About WellFind

WellFind provides an online directory and discovery platform that allows "Professional Members" to create profiles and allows members of the public to discover and learn about Professional Members and their services.

WellFind is a directory and discovery platform. WellFind does not provide, supervise, control, recommend, endorse, certify, or guarantee the services provided by Professional Members listed on the Platform.

A Professional Member's presence on WellFind does not mean that WellFind has verified the Professional Member's listing, profile, description, reviews, ratings, social media, photographs, education, training, credentials, licensing, certifications, experience, qualifications, professional standing, contentions or claims. Appearing on WellFind should not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by WellFind.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating any Professional Member before engaging their services. This may include confirming qualifications, licensing, certifications, experience, fees, services offered, and whether the Professional Member is appropriate for the user's individual needs.

WellFind does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of information provided by Professional Members, reviewers or users.

Any decision to contact, hire, visit, or otherwise engage with a Professional Member listed on WellFind is made solely by the user and Professional Member involved.

WellFind is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Users should seek an appropriately qualified professional when such advice or care is needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellFind is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, services, advice, conduct, or outcomes of any Professional Member or user.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you and your use of the Services.

The minimum age and other eligibility requirements for accessing or using particular Services shall be determined in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, submitting a review, creating a Professional Member profile, or otherwise using the Services, you represent that you satisfy all applicable eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.

If you are not legally permitted to enter into these Terms or use a particular Service, you may not use that Service.

WellFind may establish additional eligibility requirements for particular Services, memberships, promotions, or features.

3. Accounts

Certain features of WellFind require an account, including creating a Professional Member profile and submitting reviews.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information;
• Maintain the security of your password and account;
• Not share your account with another person;
• Not create an account using another person's identity or information;
• Notify WellFind if you believe your account has been compromised; and
• Not use another person's account without authorization.

WellFind may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or otherwise present a risk to WellFind, Professional Members, reviewers, or other users.

4. Professional Member Profiles

Professional Members may create profiles describing themselves, their services, qualifications, areas of practice, experience, location, contact information, and other information permitted by WellFind.

Professional Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information contained in their profiles.

By creating a Professional Member profile, you represent and warrant that:

• The information in your profile is truthful and not misleading;
• You have the right to provide and publish the information and content you submit;
• Your profile does not violate any applicable law or regulation;
• You will not make fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading claims;
• You will not falsely represent your education, training, licensing, certification, experience, or professional qualifications; and
• You will maintain your profile information so that it remains reasonably current and accurate.

Professional Members are solely responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, professional requirements, and ethical obligations applicable to their services.

5. WellFind Profile Review

WellFind will review Professional Member profiles before publication.

Our review is intended to identify spam, inappropriate content, obvious fraudulent activity, misleading content, or other violations of WellFind's basic platform standards.

Profile review is not professional credential verification.

WellFind does not independently verify a Professional Member's education, training, licensing, certification, experience, qualifications, insurance, professional standing, or claims unless WellFind expressly states otherwise.

WellFind may approve, reject, edit, restrict, suspend, or remove a profile or account at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or our policies, or if we determine that removal is appropriate to protect the Platform or its users.

The WellFind Professional Member Profile Review Policy is incorporated into and made part of these Terms.

6. Professional Member Services

Professional Members are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, or joint venturers of WellFind solely by virtue of being listed on the Platform.

WellFind does not supervise or control Professional Members or the services they provide.

Any agreement, appointment, transaction, consultation, treatment, instruction, coaching relationship, or other interaction between a Professional Member and a user is solely between those parties.

Professional Members are solely responsible for the services they provide and for determining whether their services are appropriate for a particular client or user.

The WellFind Professional Member and Client Relationship Disclaimer is incorporated into and made part of these Terms.

7. Memberships and Fees

WellFind may offer free and paid Professional Member memberships.

Membership plans, pricing, features, renewal terms, cancellation provisions, and promotional terms will be presented to Professional Members at the time of purchase or enrollment and may also be described on the Platform.

WellFind may change membership pricing or available membership plans in the future. Any material changes affecting an existing paid membership will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and the terms applicable to that membership.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, membership fees are non-refundable.

Professional Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and paying applicable membership fees when due.

WellFind may suspend or terminate a paid membership for nonpayment or violation of these Terms.

Founding Memberships

WellFind may offer promotional or founding memberships with special pricing or terms.

The terms applicable to a founding membership will be disclosed at the time the membership is offered. WellFind reserves the right to establish eligibility requirements and limits for promotional memberships.

8. Reviews and Ratings

WellFind may allow users to submit reviews and ratings concerning Professional Members.

Reviews are intended to reflect the genuine experiences and opinions of the individuals who submit them.

By submitting a review, you represent that:

• The review reflects your genuine experience or interaction with the Professional Member;
• The information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
• You are not submitting the review on behalf of someone else without authorization;
• You have not been paid or improperly compensated to submit a review;
• You are not knowingly submitting false or misleading information; and
• You are not attempting to manipulate a Professional Member's rating or reputation.

Professional Members may not create, purchase, arrange for, or knowingly encourage fraudulent or fabricated reviews.

Professional Members may not require or pressure clients to provide favorable reviews or particular ratings.

WellFind may review reviews for authenticity and compliance with these Terms and our policies.

WellFind may remove, decline to publish, modify, restrict, or investigate a review that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

WellFind does not guarantee that every review is independently verified or that every statement contained in a review is accurate.

Reviews represent the opinions of individual reviewers and do not necessarily represent the views of WellFind.

Professional Members may report and ask for the removal of any reviews deemed fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

The WellFind Review Authenticity Policy and WellFind Reviews and Ratings Policy are incorporated into and made part of these Terms.

9. User-Generated Content

Users and Professional Members may submit content to WellFind, including profiles, reviews, ratings, photographs, descriptions, comments, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content that you submit, subject to the rights granted to WellFind under these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant WellFind a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, format, and otherwise use the User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and grant WellFind the rights described above.

You may not submit User Content that:

• Is knowingly false or fraudulent;
• Is defamatory or unlawfully harmful to another person;
• Is threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful;
• Violates another person's privacy;
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights;
• Contains malicious software or harmful code;
• Is unlawful or promotes unlawful conduct;
• Impersonates another person;
• Contains misleading claims about a Professional Member or service; or
• Violates any WellFind policy.

WellFind reserves the right, but does not assume an obligation, to monitor, review, edit, restrict, or remove User Content.

The WellFind User-Generated Content Policy is incorporated into and made part of these Terms.

10. Communications Between Users and Professional Members

WellFind may provide features that allow users and Professional Members to communicate or otherwise connect.

WellFind is not responsible for communications, agreements, representations, or interactions between users and Professional Members.

Users should exercise appropriate caution when providing personal information or communicating with someone they have discovered through WellFind.

WellFind does not guarantee that any person using the Services is who they claim to be.

11. No Professional Advice

Information available through WellFind is provided for general informational and discovery purposes only.

WellFind is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional service provider.

Nothing on the Platform should be considered professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with an appropriately qualified professional.

Users are responsible for determining what professional services, if any, are appropriate for their individual circumstances.

12. Health and Emergency Disclaimer

WellFind is not an emergency service.

WellFind does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, mental health treatment, or emergency services.

Information found on WellFind should not be considered medical, mental health, or other professional healthcare advice.

If you have a medical or mental health concern, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be in immediate danger, seek immediate professional or emergency assistance.

WellFind does not evaluate or guarantee the safety, qualifications, effectiveness, or suitability of any Professional Member or service listed on the Platform.

The WellFind Health and Emergency Disclaimer is incorporated into and made part of these Terms.

13. Accuracy of Information

WellFind attempts to provide a useful and reliable Platform but does not guarantee that information appearing on the Platform is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

Professional Member profiles and other information may be provided directly by Professional Members or users.

WellFind does not guarantee the accuracy of Professional Member descriptions, credentials, claims, reviews, ratings, photographs, contact information, availability, pricing, services, or other information appearing on the Platform.

Users should independently confirm important information directly with the Professional Member.

14. No Endorsement

The inclusion of a Professional Member, service, review, rating, advertisement, or other content on WellFind does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by WellFind.

WellFind does not guarantee the quality, safety, effectiveness, qualifications, legality, suitability, or results of any Professional Member or service.

15. Intellectual Property

The WellFind name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, graphics, text, functionality, and other original WellFind content are owned by or licensed to WellFind and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by WellFind, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from WellFind's proprietary content or technology.

Professional Members retain ownership of their submitted profile content but grant WellFind the rights necessary to display and promote that content as described in these Terms.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use WellFind to:

• Violate any law or regulation;
• Impersonate another person;
• Create fraudulent accounts;
• Submit fake or fraudulent reviews;
• Manipulate ratings or search results;
• Harass or threaten another person;
• Collect personal information about other users for unauthorized purposes;
• Upload malicious software;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Scrape, copy, or systematically collect Platform data without authorization;
• Use the Platform for unlawful commercial purposes; or
• Engage in conduct that could reasonably harm WellFind, its users, Professional Members, or the integrity of the Platform.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

WellFind may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources.

WellFind does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, products, privacy practices, or policies.

Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

18. Suspension and Termination

WellFind may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform if:

• You violate these Terms;
• You violate another WellFind policy;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• Your conduct creates a risk to WellFind or its users;
• We are required to do so by law; or
• We otherwise determine that suspension or termination is appropriate to protect the Platform or its community.

Professional Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the applicable membership terms.

Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, release, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

WellFind makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Platform;
• The accuracy or completeness of information;
• The qualifications or conduct of Professional Members;
• The authenticity or accuracy of reviews;
• The quality, safety, effectiveness, or suitability of Professional Member services;
• The results of using the Platform; or
• The security or absence of errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk.

20. Release

By accessing or using the Platform or Services, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless WellFind.org, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, service providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "WellFind Parties") from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to:

1. Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services;
2. Your interactions, communications, transactions, appointments, relationships, or disputes with any User or Professional Member;
3. Any services, advice, treatment, instruction, coaching, products, representations, or other activities provided by a Professional Member;
4. Any information, profile, review, rating, statement, representation, or other content appearing on the Platform;
5. Any act or omission of another User or Professional Member; or
6. Any dispute between you and another User or Professional Member.

You acknowledge that WellFind is not a party to any agreement, transaction, professional relationship, appointment, or other relationship between Users and Professional Members.

You further acknowledge that WellFind does not control, supervise, or guarantee the conduct, qualifications, services, representations, or actions of Users or Professional Members.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly agree that the WellFind Parties shall not be responsible for any claim, damage, loss, or injury, including death, arising from or related to your use of the Services or your interactions or disputes with any User or Professional Member.

Nothing in this Section is intended to waive any rights or claims that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WellFind.org and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services;
• Your interactions or disputes with any User or Professional Member;
• Any services provided by a Professional Member;
• Any information, profile, review, rating, or content provided through the Platform;
• Any act or omission of a User or Professional Member;
• Any transaction or agreement between Users and Professional Members; or
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellFind's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to WellFind during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to Louisiana's conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent federal law requires otherwise.

The parties intend that these Terms shall be deemed entered into in Louisiana and construed and enforced in accordance with applicable law.

23. Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver

Agreement to Arbitrate

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to bring a claim in court, have a claim decided by a jury, or participate in a class action.

You and WellFind.org agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, the Services, your account, your use of WellFind, or any relationship between you and WellFind (collectively, "Claims") shall be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").

By agreeing to these Terms, you accept that the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement and that both you and WellFind.org waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

The arbitrator shall have authority to determine the scope and enforceability of this Arbitration Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Class Action Waiver

You and WellFind.org agree that claims against each other will only be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.

If a court or arbitrator determines that a claim may not proceed under the Class Action Waiver, the claim shall proceed through individual arbitration only and shall not proceed as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple parties or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Pre-Filing Notice

Before arbitration begins, the claimant must send a written Notice of Claim ("Notice") to the other party via a nationally recognized trackable courier service.

If you are the claimant, send the Notice to:

The Notice must include:

• a detailed description of the dispute and the facts supporting the claim;
• the specific relief sought; and
• contact information of the agent representative and the claimant.

Both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations regarding the claim.

If the dispute remains unresolved within sixty (60) days of the Notice, the claimant may proceed with arbitration.

Initiating a Claim

The required form and procedures for initiating arbitration shall be those provided by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.

The AAA's rules, forms, and fee schedule are available through the AAA website.

In the event of a conflict between the applicable AAA Rules and this Arbitration Agreement, this Arbitration Agreement controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Arbitration Fees

To the extent allowed by applicable law and the applicable AAA rules, arbitration costs and fees shall be paid by the claimant.

Nothing in this provision shall require a party to pay fees that applicable law or the applicable AAA rules prohibit that party from paying.

Arbitration Location

All arbitration proceedings must be initiated in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, or Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.

Injunctive and Other Relief

The arbitrator shall have authority to award relief as permitted by applicable law and these Terms.

Survival

This Arbitration Agreement survives any cessation of your use of the Site or Services, any termination of any account associated with you, and any termination or expiration of these Terms.

24. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WellFind.org and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

• your use of the Platform or Services;
• your violation of these Terms or any WellFind policy;
• your User Content;
• your violation of any law or the rights of another person or entity;
• your interactions or disputes with another User or Professional Member; or
• services, representations, or other activities you provide as a Professional Member.

25. Changes to These Terms

WellFind may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Platform, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Changes to the Platform

WellFind may modify, suspend, discontinue, or change any portion of the Platform, including features, services, membership plans, search functionality, profiles, or other offerings.

WellFind is not responsible for losses resulting from changes to or discontinuation of Platform features.

27. Privacy

Your use of WellFind is also subject to the WellFind Privacy Policy, which describes how WellFind collects, uses, stores, and discloses information.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. No Waiver

WellFind's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

30. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the WellFind Privacy Policy and the policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and WellFind concerning your use of the Platform and Services, except where additional written terms expressly apply to a particular service or transaction.

The following WellFind policies are incorporated into and made part of these Terms:

3. WellFind Reviews and Ratings Policy

If there is a conflict between these Terms and an incorporated policy, these Terms shall control unless the applicable policy expressly states otherwise.

You may browse and search WellFind without creating an account. Certain features, such as creating a Professional Member profile or submitting a review, require an account.

The information we collect depends on how you use WellFind.

A. Information You Provide Directly

We may collect information you provide when you create an account, create a Professional Member profile, submit a review, contact us, purchase a membership, or otherwise interact with WellFind.

This may include:

• Name;
• Email address;
• Password or authentication information;
• Profile photograph;
• Professional information;
• Business or practice name;
• Professional description;
• Services offered;
• Areas of specialty;
• Location or service area;
• Website or social media information;
• Contact information;
• Membership and subscription information;
• Reviews and ratings;
• Communications with WellFind;
• Information submitted through forms; and
• Other information you voluntarily provide.

Professional Members are responsible for ensuring that information they publish in their profiles is accurate and appropriate for public display.

B. Account and Authentication Information

When you create a WellFind account, we may collect information necessary to establish and maintain your account and authenticate your identity.

Passwords are used for account authentication and should be kept confidential.

WellFind does not request or intentionally collect your password for purposes other than authenticating your account.

C. Reviews and Ratings

If you submit a review or rating, we collect the information associated with your review and account.

Depending on the information you provide and how the review is displayed, some information may be publicly visible.

Reviews may include information about your experience with a Professional Member.

Please do not include sensitive personal information about yourself or another person in a review unless it is necessary and appropriate to do so.

Please also avoid including another person's private contact information, medical information, financial information, or other confidential information in a review.

D. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit or use WellFind, certain information may be collected automatically through your browser, device, or other technologies.

This may include:

• IP address;
• Browser type;
• Device type;
• Operating system;
• General geographic information derived from an IP address;
• Pages viewed;
• Referring or exit pages;
• Dates and times of visits;
• How you interact with the Services; and
• Other technical or usage information.

• Facilitate communications between WellFind, Professional Members, reviewers, and users;
• Process memberships and payments;
• Send account-related emails;
• Send email confirmations and verification messages;
• Respond to questions and requests;
• Monitor and improve the Services;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized activity;
• Review profiles and content for compliance with WellFind policies;
• Review reviews for authenticity;
• Protect the security and integrity of the Platform;
• Enforce our Terms of Use and other policies;
• Comply with legal obligations;
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
• Carry out other purposes disclosed at the time information is collected or with your consent where required.

5. Professional Member Information

Professional Members may choose to publish information on WellFind that is intended to be visible to the public.

Public Professional Member information may include:

• Name;
• Professional or business name;
• Profile photograph;
• Professional description;
• Services;
• Areas of specialty;
• Location or service area;
• Contact information;
• Website or other links;
• Reviews and ratings; and
• Other information the Professional Member chooses to include in the public profile.

Professional Members should not publish information that they do not want made publicly available.

Once information has been published publicly, it may be viewed, copied, or shared by others.

WellFind cannot guarantee that information published publicly on the Internet will remain private or be removed completely from the Internet after it has been published.

6. Reviews

WellFind allows users to submit reviews and ratings of Professional Members.

Reviews may be displayed publicly and may be associated with information about the reviewer as permitted by the WellFind platform and applicable law.

WellFind may review reviews for authenticity, fraud, abuse, or violations of our policies.

We may remove or restrict reviews that we reasonably believe violate our policies.

7. Review Invitations

A Professional Member may use WellFind's features to invite a client or other person to submit a review.

If a Professional Member provides WellFind with an email address for the purpose of sending a review invitation, WellFind may use that email address to send the requested invitation and related communications.

Professional Members are responsible for having an appropriate basis or permission to provide another person's contact information to WellFind.

WellFind may limit, suspend, or prohibit the use of invitation features if we believe they are being misused, abused, or used to generate fraudulent reviews or unwanted communications.

8. Memberships and Payments

Professional Members may be offered free or paid memberships.

When a Professional Member purchases a paid membership, WellFind or its payment service provider may collect information necessary to process the transaction.

Payment card information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than being stored directly by WellFind, depending on the payment systems used by WellFind.

We may receive information from payment providers such as:

• Transaction status;
• Payment confirmation;
• Subscription or membership information;
• Billing-related information; and
• Limited payment information necessary to identify or manage a transaction.

WellFind does not need your full payment card number to provide your Professional Member profile and membership services.

9. Email Communications

WellFind may send emails relating to:

• Account creation;
• Email verification;
• Password or account recovery;
• Memberships;
• Profile setup;
• Profile review;
• Reviews and review invitations;
• Important changes to the Services;
• Security matters; and
• Customer support.

Where permitted by law, WellFind may also send promotional or marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in the communication.

You generally cannot opt out of transactional or service-related communications that are necessary to operate your account or provide requested Services.

10. How We Share Information

WellFind does not sell your personal information as a general business practice.

We may share information with companies and service providers that help us operate WellFind.

If WellFind is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify WellFind if you believe your account has been compromised.

WellFind retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, fulfill legitimate business purposes, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect the security of the Platform.

The length of time information is retained may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, WellFind may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

Information contained in public profiles or reviews may remain available for a period of time after an account is closed where necessary for legitimate business, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

WellFind reviews Professional Member profiles before they are published on the platform to ensure they meet WellFind's basic content and community standards.

Our review may include checking for spam, inappropriate content, misleading information, obvious fraudulent activity, or other content that does not meet WellFind's standards.

WellFind does not vet, investigate, certify, license, endorse, recommend, or guarantee any Professional Member or the services they provide. A Professional Member's presence on WellFind does not mean that WellFind has verified the Professional Member's education, training, credentials, licensing, experience, qualifications, or professional standing.

Professional Members are solely responsible for ensuring that all information contained in their profiles is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

WellFind reserves the right to reject, modify, suspend, or remove a profile or account that does not comply with WellFind's policies or standards. Profiles are generally reviewed within 1–2 business days after completion of the profile setup.

By creating and maintaining a Professional Member profile on WellFind, you acknowledge and agree that WellFind's profile review is a content and platform review only and is not a professional credentialing or verification process.

The credibility of WellFind depends on authentic and trustworthy reviews.

WellFind may periodically review reviews to identify potentially fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated activity. Reviews may be reviewed when they are submitted, when a Professional Member raises a concern, or as part of periodic platform monitoring.

A review may be removed or withheld if WellFind has reason to believe that it is fake, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, submitted by someone without a genuine experience with the Professional Member, or otherwise violates WellFind's policies. Professional Members may report and ask for the removal of any reviews deemed fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, inappropriate, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies.

Professional Members may not create or arrange for fraudulent reviews, pressure clients to provide particular ratings or comments, or otherwise manipulate their reviews or ratings.

WellFind does not guarantee that every review has been independently verified. A review appearing on WellFind should not be interpreted as a statement of fact or an endorsement by WellFind.

By submitting a review, the reviewer confirms that the review is based on their genuine experience and is truthful to the best of their knowledge.

Reviews and ratings on WellFind are intended to help users make more informed decisions when considering a Professional Member.

Reviews represent the opinions and experiences of the individual who submitted them and do not necessarily reflect the views or opinions of WellFind.

Professional Members and users may not submit content that is knowingly false, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, threatening, abusive, unlawful, invasive of another person's privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.

WellFind does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of submitted content and is not responsible for opinions, statements, representations, or claims made by Professional Members or users.

By submitting content to WellFind, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person or entity.

WellFind reserves the right to review, edit, restrict, refuse to publish, or remove content that violates our policies or that we reasonably believe may create legal, safety, or reputational concerns for the platform or its users.

Any relationship formed between a Professional Member and a user is solely between those parties. WellFind does not guarantee the quality, safety, effectiveness, suitability, or outcome of any services provided by a Professional Member.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellFind is not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, dispute, damage, or other consequence arising from or relating to interactions, services, or relationships between users and Professional Members.
