Meet Raeleen
I’m Raeleen “Rae” Gutierrez, a former LSU softball player with 20 years of experience playing the game. I take what I’ve learned throughout my career and bring it into how I coach today.
I believe in building a strong foundation by making the small things a routine. When those fundamentals become second nature, athletes can build confidence, learn more, take on new challenges, and continue growing their game. My goal is to help each athlete become a smarter, more confident, and more competitive softball player!

Beyond the Practice
A Little More About Raeleen
- Outside of work, you will find me…
- Doing legos, reading, going to the gym, and yes… video games!
- What inspired me to do this work?
- Softball gave me so much in the 20 years of playing. I want to give back to the sport that gave me a life that I am forever grateful for! Coaching up the younger generation is exciting because I get to watch the player grow not only as an athlete but as a person as well. I want to be someone that I wish I had growing up.
