I offer private, in-home violin, cello, and piano instruction for students of all ages and skill levels, from preschool children and first-time beginners to advanced students and adults. Whether you're discovering an instrument for the first time or looking to refine your technique and musical expression, I tailor each lesson to your individual abilities, interests, and goals. In addition to private instruction, I provide music consultation and coordination for weddings and special events. I help couples select and arrange music that reflects their personal style and makes their celebration memorable. I also offer customized lessons for brides and grooms who would like to perform together during their wedding ceremony. My Musical Background Music has been a lifelong passion. I began studying violin and piano at the age of five at the National School of Music "Dobri Hristov" in Varna, Bulgaria. By middle and high school, I was performing as a soloist and participating in chamber ensembles and symphony orchestras throughout Bulgaria. In 2005, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Violin Performance from the National Academy of Music "Pancho Vladigerov" in Sofia, Bulgaria, where I studied under internationally renowned violinist Professor Elisaveta Kazakova. That same year, I received a graduate assistantship at Southeastern Louisiana University, where I continued my violin studies with Dr. Yakov Voldman. During my graduate studies, I performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician and was a member of the LSU Chamber Orchestra. In 2008, I earned my Master's degree in Violin Performance from Southeastern Louisiana University. I also hold a Louisiana teaching certificate in Instrumental Music for grades K–12. I love sharing my passion for music with students of all ages and helping each person develop the skills, confidence, and appreciation that make learning an instrument a rewarding lifelong experience.
