Yoga Instructors

I have been practicing yoga since 2009, and over the years I have experienced just how powerful a regular practice can be. Yoga helped ease my back pain, improved my sleep by reducing my snoring, and gave me a greater sense of balance both on and off the mat. Those personal experiences inspired me to become an instructor so I can help others discover those same benefits.

Certified in 2014 as a Bikram Instruction, Marquela has been teaching for 12 years, running Yes Yoga as a co-owner and exploring all kinds of ways to move. Marquela brings a heavy focus on alignment to her teaching and believes that movement is key to making our bodies feel good to be in.
